A two-part primer and finish system for severe chemical exposure.

The ZEPEE Chlorinated Rubber Paint system pairs ZEPEE CHLOROPRIM (ZEPEE CRP 540), a single pack Chlorinated Rubber primer, with ZEPEE CHLORINATED RUBBER FINISH COAT (ZEPEE CRF 513), a single pack Chlorinated Rubber topcoat. Both are plasticized with a non-saponifiable plasticizer and are air-drying, giving excellent corrosion protection to steel exposed to spillage and fumes of acids and alkalis, in marine settings and severe chemical environments.

ZEPEE CRP 540 lays down a corrosion-resistant primer coat, and ZEPEE CRF 513 seals it with a durable, chemical-resistant finish — together forming a system built for demanding industrial and marine exposure.

Corrosion Protection

ZEPEE CRP 540 acts as an excellent corrosion protection primer paint for steel substrates ahead of finishing.

Acid & Alkali Resistance

Both coats protect steel exposed to spillage and fumes of acids and alkalis in severe chemical environments.

Marine Durability
